I reached out to Givens Roofing and Gutters for a roof replacement quote on a rental property in the Blue Ridge area of North Georgia. From the moment Preston answered the phone, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The existing roof was approximately 20 years old and had been leaking over a portion of the home that was an addition. A previous well-known roofing company had installed shingles on that section, even though the roof pitch was too low and required rolled roofing. During heavy rain, water would back up underneath the shingles and leak into the house. Preston immediately understood the issue and confirmed that the section needed to be replaced with the proper rolled roofing system. As a property manager who does not live close to the property, I especially appreciated that Preston uses satellite technology to measure roofs and prepare estimates. He was able to provide a quote without requiring an initial on-site visit, which meant less disruption and coordination for me and my tenants. His pricing was competitive and very fair, and his team was able to get the project scheduled within just a few days, weather permitting. They completed the entire roof replacement in one day. I had a great experience working with Preston and highly recommend Givens Roofing and Gutters to anyone in North Georgia or the Atlanta area who needs roofing or gutter work.

He was incredibly professional, worked fast, and kept me updated the entire time. I was still at work doing my job, and he made the process effortless by sending before-and-after pictures so I could see the results firsthand. Givins Roofing & Gutters deserves 10 stars for their honesty and professionalism! Roof inspection was not a 1-time task; they provided multiple inspections with advices in 1 year timeframe, to make sure my roof keeping its strong protection and coverage by insurance. Blake and Preston worked thoroughly on the roof alongside the insurance adjuster. Even when insurance came back with a denial, claiming the repair costs were lower than my deductible, this contractor didn't give up on us. Instead of an out-of-pocket patch job, they were incredibly honest and advised us to work with a Public Adjuster to fight the unfair decision. Thanks to that strategic recommendation, my insurance ended up approving a brand new roof. Once the funds were secured, Givins Roofing & Gutters team replaced the entire roof incredibly fast, kept the property clean, and did an outstanding job. The new roof looks beautiful and solid. I highly respect companies with this level of integrity and ethics. I will definitely recommend them!

We recently got our roof replaced by Givins and couldn’t be happier. They came highly recommended and when we reached out for a quote Preston promptly responded and was able to come out next day to assess our roof and get us a price. Preston was very communicative and easy to work with throughout the process. His team was professional and thorough. We even had some Sheetrock screws come through our ceiling due to the process and Preston had it repaired and looking like new no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone and can now see why they came so highly recommended.
