Roof inspection was not a 1-time task; they provided multiple inspections with advices in 1 year timeframe, to make sure my roof keeping its strong protection and coverage by insurance. Blake and Preston worked thoroughly on the roof alongside the insurance adjuster. Even when insurance came back with a denial, claiming the repair costs were lower than my deductible, this contractor didn't give up on us. Instead of an out-of-pocket patch job, they were incredibly honest and advised us to work with a Public Adjuster to fight the unfair decision. Thanks to that strategic recommendation, my insurance ended up approving a brand new roof. Once the funds were secured, Givins Roofing & Gutters team replaced the entire roof incredibly fast, kept the property clean, and did an outstanding job. The new roof looks beautiful and solid. It’s hard to find an honest roofing company that doesn’t push insurance sales. Preston with Givins roofing was very honest about our roof and gave the option of going through insurance or paying outright, we chose to use insurance and thankfully they approved it. Preston and his crew are dependable and amazing! First, let me say that they were on time both days that they were here . That never happens. It seems when you have to have things worked on your house. They replaced our roof and our kitchen skylight which was at least 30 years old. They even cleaned up so well that after they finished It was like they had not been there and worked on our roof. In our past, we have use roofers for other homes that left nails and debris all over our driveway which caused problems for our vehicles. But not with Givins roofing! We received several quotes for the work to be done. Preston wasn’t the cheapest but he wasn’t the most expensive either. What impressed us was all of his reviews. It was hundreds of great reviews, which says a lot. He stands by his word and his work. He didn’t have us pay upfront for cost like a lot of other roofers asked us to do. The materials that he used was top quality. He even walked us through the different types of shingles to use for our house as to what was important for us overall. The education was helpful. Givins roofing group is GREAT! They came through for me and my family when we needed it most. Roof was leaking from hail damage. Preston was coming through the neighborhood and stopped by. He let us know that he noticed some damage. He told us that he could give us a free estimate. He checked out the shingles on the roof and let us know that there was a good bit of hail damage and that he could possibly get our insurance company to pay for a new roof. Preston did all the leg work and kept us informed with the claim. He got it approved and within a few weeks we had a beautiful new roof installed. Thanks to Preston and his team.
