Preston and his crew are dependable and amazing! First, let me say that they were on time both days that they were here . That never happens. It seems when you have to have things worked on your house. They replaced our roof and our kitchen skylight which was at least 30 years old. They even cleaned up so well that after they finished It was like they had not been there and worked on our roof. In our past, we have use roofers for other homes that left nails and debris all over our driveway which caused problems for our vehicles. But not with Givins roofing! We received several quotes for the work to be done. Preston wasn’t the cheapest but he wasn’t the most expensive either. What impressed us was all of his reviews. It was hundreds of great reviews, which says a lot. He stands by his word and his work. He didn’t have us pay upfront for cost like a lot of other roofers asked us to do. The materials that he used was top quality. He even walked us through the different types of shingles to use for our house as to what was important for us overall. The education was helpful. We recently had a leak around the flashing of our chimney, and reached out to Preston, who was very responsive and professional. He came out the next day for the quote, understanding the urgency, went up on roof even while it was still raining. Afterword, he gave his honest thoughts on the state of our roof, gave us a fair quote, and even added sealing our pluming vents/ fixing our ridge vents for free. On the day of the job, his team worked quickly and efficiently to finish the repair before any additional storms arrived. They were able to seamlessly match our shingles, and left the job site clean.
